Two Couples Sign Multi-Unit Agreement with National Coffee Brand

OMAHA, Neb. – (December 2022) Scooter’s Coffee®, LLC, the Midwest-based drive-thru coffee franchise experiencing record-breaking growth throughout the U.S., bringing its world-class drive-thru coffee locations to Nashville, Tennessee.

The expansion into the Donelson and Madison communities east of Nashville is the result of a three-unit franchise agreement signed by area residents Mike & Hilary Lorrain and Aaron & Mary Joyce. The two couples met when their children attended preschool together and had been talking about franchising.

Mike currently works for a mobile application company that lets people earn rewards for purchases. He met with the Scooter’s Coffee VP of Marketing to sell them on the platform and was really impressed by what he learned about them. “The drive-thru model, their ‘be amazing’ mantra, even how they source their coffee,” Mike Lorrain said. “A lightbulb went off. They got this thing figured out so well — we need to invest in Scooter’s Coffee.”
