2. DISCOVERY CALL

Our FDD is where you’ll find important information about Scooter’s Coffee, including our place in the market, initial costs and responsibilities, financial information, and more. The FDD is a complex document, so a member of our team will schedule time to review the information with you. You’ll have plenty of time during this call to ask questions. We want you to be informed!

After your FDD review, we’ll also schedule a territory review call to give you more information about the fine points of bringing Scooter’s Coffee to your area.

3. FDD REVIEW

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and we’ll schedule time to review it together. The FDD contains important information regarding our franchise opportunity, including costs, responsibilities, financials, and more.

4. FRANCHISE VALIDATION

Once we’ve completed our mutual due diligence, the most important part of your franchise process can begin. You’ll submit your franchise application, and then you’ll have the opportunity to talk with current franchisees. We call this process franchise validation.

During your conversations with our current franchise owners, you’ll be able to learn what it truly means to be part of the Scooter’s Coffee family. You’ll be able to ask them important questions about what brought them to Scooter’s Coffee, as well as their experiences as a franchise owner. In speaking with our current franchisees, you’ll be better able to see yourself as part of our amazing brand.

5. BE AMAZING
DAY

Be Amazing Day is a particularly special part of the franchise process. On your Be Amazing Day, you’ll get to virtually explore our home office, meet our team, and learn all about the culture of our brand. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to ask us as many questions as you have – we want to know what’s on your mind.

Scooter’s Coffee really is a family, and we truly care about every member of our team. To wrap up the day, we’ll end with a segment where you’ll learn more about your fellow Be Amazing Day participants and hear what inspires them. You’ll get to share your own story, too!

6. SIGNING

After you’ve attended Be Amazing Day, our executive leadership team will meet to evaluate your application and determine how to proceed. You can expect our decision within a couple of days, and you’ll have seven days to sign and submit your Franchise Agreement once you’ve been approved.

As soon as you’ve signed your agreement, you are officially part of Scooter’s Coffee! We can’t wait to welcome you into our family.
