Scooter’s Coffee® franchisee and Army veteran Michael Taylor certainly enjoyed his time in the military as a 91 Delta, and he explains his military experience built a strong foundation for what would come next in life. Discipline, accountability, and responsibility—principals once ingrained from Michael’s service days have now found new life in his entrepreneurial tool belt.
Forty years after enlisting in the military, Michael and his wife, Cris, would embark on a new journey and embrace change with open arms. Running his own business had always been a dream, and, after much consideration, the two decided Scooter’s Coffee franchising was right for them. Michael shares this advice for aspiring business owners: “Find a business you’re passionate about; if it’s something you love to do, there’s a better chance you’ll be successful.”
